We collect information you provide directly to us when placing an order or contacting us. This includes:
When guests visit a wedding invite we have built for you, we may collect basic usage data through the hosting platform, including page views and RSVP form submissions. This data is used to deliver the service and shared with the couple as part of their guest management.

We do not use your personal information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your order without your explicit permission. We do not sell your information to any third party. We do not share your information with anyone except where it is necessary to deliver the service (for example, our hosting provider, Vercel, which operates the servers your invite runs on).
Any photos or other content you send us for inclusion in your invitation are used only for that purpose. We do not publish, share, or use your photos for any other purpose, including our own marketing, without your explicit written permission. If you would like us to feature your invite in our template showcase, we will ask you separately.
We recommend you send photos through WhatsApp or email rather than sharing original high-resolution files through unencrypted channels.
If your invitation includes an RSVP form, the responses submitted by your guests are collected and delivered to you. For Premium and Deluxe packages that include a Google Sheet integration, responses are synced directly to a Google Sheet shared with you. We do not retain or use guest RSVP data for any purpose beyond delivering it to you.
Guest names and contact details submitted through the RSVP form are yours. We do not contact your guests for any reason.
Our invitations are hosted on Vercel, which has its own privacy policy available at vercel.com. If your invite includes a Google Maps embed for venue directions, that is subject to Google's privacy policy. We do not control data practices of these third parties.
Payments are handled through direct bank transfer or third-party payment platforms as agreed at the time of order. We do not handle or store payment card details.
We retain your contact details and order information for a minimum of 12 months after your order is complete, for the purpose of supporting you with any issues that arise. Photos and content you send us are retained for the duration your invite is live, and deleted within 90 days after it expires unless you request earlier deletion.

Our main website (deeday.ng) does not use tracking cookies. The wedding invitations we build for clients may include third-party embeds (Google Maps, Google Fonts) that load resources from external servers. These may set cookies according to those providers' own policies. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking on any page we build.
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify active clients by email. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
